1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• A valid government-issued ID will be required to verify age and claim the prize.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Delta8Resellers.com are not eligible to participate.

2. No Purchase Necessary

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

• Participants can enter by filling out the online form.
• Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries may be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins on 3/17/25 and ends on 3/19/25 at 11:59pm EST.
• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize Details

• The winner will receive 1 of 30 product bundles sponsored by participating brand partners, valued at approximately $300 MSRP.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 3/21/25.
• The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If unclaimed, a new winner may be selected.

7. Verification & Disqualification

• The winner must provide a valid government-issued ID to verify eligibility.
• Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these rules will be disqualified.

8. Publicity Release

• By entering, participants grant Delta 8 Resellers permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
